Consultation: Children Cases in the Family Court – Interim Proposals for Reform

In Autumn 2018 the President of the Family Division invited Mr Justice Keehan (public law) and Mr Justice Cobb (private law), to lead two cross-professional Working Groups, to look at practices and processes in these two areas. The Interim Reports of both these Working Groups are now available and open for consultation.
How to respond
This consultation period runs from Wednesday 3 July 2019 and will close on 30 September 2019.
Responses to the Private Law Interim Report can be submitted to the President’s Private Office by emailing [email protected] with the Subject Header of “PRIVATE LAW: Consultation Response”.
