Workbook: Mental Health, Mental Capacity: Raising a Human Rights Issue

The British Institute for Human Rights has made a workbook available for those with mental health or mental capacity issues and their advocates.
The booklet aims to help those who are experiencing issues with care or treatment to identify whether it is a human rights issue and, if so, how to raise it using human rights.
